Challenge: Translate the official government agenda into the language of modern culture, making information about national projects close and understandable to every user.
Solution: Implementation of the “Cultural Context” concept. We integrate memes, internet trends, neural networks and references to classical culture into content. Editorial policy is built on the principle “for people, not for reports”: every piece explains personal benefit for citizens and ways to take part in initiatives.
Mechanics: A wide grid of formats—from info cards and galleries to animated videos and interactive stories that spark interest in complex topics.
